This Australia’s food bowl country, fed by the Murray and Murrumbidgee Rivers that flow across the south-west of NSW. Here this precious fluid supports crops, vineyards and orchards as well as providing recreation and much needed household water. This part of the country is beautiful year round and to do it any sort of justice you should really spend a week exploring here.
